Inspector-General of Police (IGP) for Islamabad, Nasir Ali Rizvi, stated in a statement that a “comprehensive” security plan had been developed in advance of the crucial meeting in the nation’s capital.
According to him, “security personnel will be deployed at funnel areas, hotels, and places where foreign delegations are staying.” They also made sure that visitors, delegations, and foreign leaders were safe.
