Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has removed the name of the PTI President, former Punjab Assembly speaker, and former chief minister of Punjab Parvez Elahi from the Passport Control List (PCL).
In view of the FIA report, the Lahore High Court (LHC) dismissed the application. The applications were considered by Justice Shams Mahmood Mirza.
Pervez Elahi submitted a request to have his name taken off the ECL list.
The leader of Pakistan, Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), was imprisoned for a number of years before being released.
