A bird strike on a private airline flight from Lahore to Karachi on Tuesday morning resulted in the aircraft being grounded soon after departure.
The plane was forced to return to Lahore Airport for safety reasons after the incident, which happened only fifteen minutes into the journey.
More than 100 people were on board the aircraft, which had left for Karachi at 8 a.m. Passengers on the affected aircraft were evacuated and redirected to the airport lounge following the emergency landing.
As of right now, the revised departure time for the flight that was delayed has not been made official. The passengers are waiting impatiently for word on when they can resume their journey to Karachi.
