Judge Babar Sattar of the Islamabad High Court has returned to work following a month-long break.
Social media speculation that he had departed for the United States and might never return was triggered by his leave. Sources inside the legal community, however, refuted the assertion.
As he continues to manage a heavy workload, both litigants and legal professionals are anticipated to appreciate his return.
He returned to the court on Wednesday (today), rule over over forty cases.
According to sources, Justice Sattar may take an additional two weeks of leave beginning on November 4. He was on leave from September 30 to October 29.
According to a statement from Additional, the Islamabad High Court granted Justice Babar Sattar a one-month leave of absence on September 28.
