Social media users are criticizing Kylie Jenner for her rudeness when she greeted Sir Elton John at the 2025 Academy Awards.
Timothée Chalamet, Kylie’s Oscar-nominated boyfriend, presented her to Elton during a commercial break.
Kylie sat behind the iconic musician as the Dune actress gave him a hug. Then he turned around and presented her to the Cold Heart hitmaker.
But instead of getting up to welcome the icon, Kylie stayed seated and merely shook hands. Elton took her hand and bowed to kiss it, like a gentleman.
Social media users who watched a video of the incident were not pleased with this.
