Kate Middleton visited Tŷ Hafan Children’s Hospice, which helps families in Wales provide their children with life-shortening conditions with a full existence, after becoming its patron. The hospice is located near Cardiff.
“We were thrilled to welcome Her Royal Highness The Princess of Wales to Tŷ Hafan Children’s Hospice this morning,” the charity said.
“The princess had her handprint taken at the conclusion of the visit, and it will now be added to the handprints of hundreds of children with life-threatening illnesses and their families that Tŷ Hafan has supported over the 26 years since we first opened our doors.”
According to the news, Kensington Palace has made arrangements for a donation of musical instruments to be given to the children’s hospice in order to increase the availability of music therapy in the wake of Kate Middleton’s honor.
