James Gunn stated that he is “pre-writing” his next DC Studios project while working on Superman and Peacemaker season two.
“The majority of my time is dealing with post-production on Superman and Peacemaker, but I’m also spending a fair amount of time pre-writing my next DC Studios project and watching dailies and offering ideas on the other projects,” he said on Threads, albeit without disclosing any specifics about the project. Compared to when I was directing, it’s far less intimidating.
James is also creating Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow in addition to this. In the meantime, co-head James, who wrote and executive-produced Creature Commandos, designated it as the new DC’s first project.
