Following the day’s adjournment of the court proceedings in New York, Trump spoke to media outside the building and stated that he was expected to be in states like Georgia, North Carolina, and New Hampshire as part of his campaign for the presidency in 2024.
“But instead, I’ve spent the entire day here,” he declared, calling the proceedings “unfair.”
As the Trump trial unfolded, the former president appeared “bored” in court.
As he proceeded to criticize the trial, Trump pulled out a stack of news articles and editorials that he claimed were unfavorable of the case.
“It’s a complete mess,” he declared.
It happens at the same time as the first criminal prosecution involving a former US president has seated all 12 jurors.
