The 38-year-old Muniz took a break from acting after finishing the popular comedy “Malcolm in the Middle” in 2006 to concentrate on professional race car driving. He says in an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital that he has never regretted his choice.
I’ve been lucky as an actor to accomplish a lot of amazing things, and people tell me things like, ‘I love your show, or I love this or love that,’ but, you know, it’s all subjective, he added. “I would feel like I did the best job ever if I showed up to work as an actor and gave the part my all. After seeing it, people say, “Yeah, it was okay.” I didn’t enjoy it. It’s not subjective for race car drivers. Both black and white are used. Either you’re the fastest and you win, or you’re slow.
