Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Ali Amin Gandapur, officially opened the “Ikhtiar Awam” portal, a new platform designed to help citizens and the government communicate.
Gandapur underlined that individuals may now file concerns directly during the portal’s launch event in Peshawar. She also added that issues cannot be resolved without contact between the people and the government.
“All of our officers are required to aid the public. Gandapur advised the populace, “Go and see the quality of the work being done if it is being done in your area. He emphasized that the gateway would ensure that police are providing aid to the people and would help to enhance government.
He noted that if an officer is unable to address a complaint, it would be sent to higher authorities for additional action.
