According to news, it received an external letter from the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association (Vada) confirming Garcia’s adverse ostarine test result.
The samples were purportedly taken the day before and on the day of his April victory over Haney, but the findings weren’t released until later.
“I don’t cheat, as everyone knows,” Garcia, 25, stated on news.
