A new dress code has been enforced by Government College University (GCU) Lahore, prohibiting students from wearing jackets, T-shirts, and jeans on campus.
The new rules, which are a part of a larger initiative to police discipline and uphold decorum inside the institution, require male and female students to follow, according to a notification released by the university administration.
As per the announcement, male students are now expected to wear dress shirts and pants, and female students need to wear modest apparel along with a dupatta.
