The 53-year-old woman, represented by Carine Durrieu Diebolt, filed a complaint with the Paris prosecutor’s office, accusing the French singer of sexual assault, harassment, and sexist comments.
During the filming of Les Volets Verts, the complainant alleges that the 75-year-old grabbed her and massaged her waist, stomach, and breasts.
According to Ms. Durrieu Diebolt, other persons stepped in to put an end to the alleged attack.
Email inquiries for comment from two of Depardieu’s attorneys were not immediately answered, and their offices indicated they were not available for phone conversations.
The Green Shutters, a film set in the 1970s, tells the story of an aspiring actor who learns he may not have long to live.
In 2020, Depardieu was charged with preliminary rape and sexual assault after actress Charlotte Arnould made similar claims. Arnould is likewise being represented in that matter by Ms. Durrieu Diebolt.
