Due to the man’s death while using a mobility scooter, a woman has been charged with manslaughter.
In January of last year, Kimberley Ann Hawkins, 41, who does not have a definite residence, was charged with Neil Shadwick’s murder.
The 63-year-old guy was discovered unconscious in the Tesco Superstore parking lot on Stratford Road in Stroud.
His mobility scooter was his primary means of transportation, and it was gone. On January 22, 2023, the day of the event, he passed away in the hospital.
Hawkins is scheduled to appear in court at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court on May 15, according to a statement from Gloucestershire Police.
