On Tuesday, the price of gold in Pakistan fell for the second straight session.
According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association, 24-karat gold now costs Rs245,000 per tola, a decrease of Rs100.
The cost of 10-gram 24-karat gold also saw a decline, going from Rs210,048 to Rs86 less. This comes after an earlier price rise of Rs1,113 per tola on Monday.
On Monday, the cost of ten grams of 22-karat gold stayed at Rs 192,544.

On Tuesday, there was also a downward trend in the global gold market. The global rate, as reported by APGJSA, was $2,362 per ounce, down $14 during the trading day.
