In Pakistan, the price of gold has increased by Rs2,500 per tola, reaching Rs304,000 for the first time in the nation’s history.
According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association, the price of 10-gram gold now stands at Rs260,631 after the cost for 24-carat gold rose by Rs2,144.
The price of 10 grams of 22-carat gold increased by Rs1,965 to Rs238,920.
The price of silver has increased by Rs47 to Rs2,886.
The price of gold increased by $25 to $2,913 per ounce, which was reflected in the global market as well.
