The Establishment Division has promptly requested information from all federal agencies, ministries, and divisions regarding all open positions that are open for direct hiring.
All ministries, divisions, and federal agencies have received an office memorandum from the Section Officer Surplus Pool Establishment Division directing them to forward the information of all open positions to the Establishment Division.
