In order to guarantee that the nation’s digital asset ecosystem develops in a safe, legal, and sustainable way, Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb stated on Tuesday that the government will think about creating a National Crypto Council.
The comments were made by the finance minister in Islamabad while presiding over a high-level gathering on digital assets. According to him, the council will function as a specialized advisory body made up of important government officials, regulatory bodies, and business specialists.
According to the minister, it would also cooperate with friendly nations to create standardized frameworks for global digital economic interaction.
As part of a larger plan to modernize the financial industry, Aurangzeb stated the government’s dedication to investigating digital assets and incorporating blockchain technology.
