The first day of the second Test between Bangladesh and Pakistan washed out due to intense rain in Rawalpindi.
The outfield has become flooded due to the continuous rain, thus the field will need to be covered.
Today was supposed to mark the start of Pakistan vs. Bangladesh’s second Test match at the Rawalpindi International Cricket Stadium.
The Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium’s grounds crew has been working to remove the accumulated water, but the start of the game is still doubtful because of the persistently problematic weather.
The outfield will not be considered appropriate for play until after the toss, which was scheduled to occur prior to the game, is completed.
