News cameraman Cyril Page had shot the video in his final hours in the capital of North Korea. As word spread that the Chinese troops were approaching, Page had taken to the streets to record the turmoil and horror as the occupying UN troops began to withdraw. As smoke erupted from the burning buildings behind them, he captured the terrified refugees carrying what they could in the bitterly cold winter.
