The military’s propaganda wing reported on Saturday that the security forces had killed four terrorists in the South Waziristan district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa during an intelligence-based operation (IBO).
The security forces carried out the operation in the general region of Sarwakai in South Waziristan in response to reports of “khwarij,” according to a statement released by the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR).
“Four Khwarij were sent to hell as a result of the operation’s successful engagement of Khwarij’s location by their own troops.”
As the security forces are committed to eliminating the threat of terrorism from the nation, the ISPR added, a sanitization operation was initiated to eradicate any more terrorists discovered in the region.
