Ice Cube and his wife, Kimberly Woodruff, have finally shared the key to their successful marriage.
The 55-year-old actor and rapper stated, “We want to be [married],” during an appearance on the most recent episode of Cam Newton’s Funky Friday podcast. You must desire it.
“I don’t want my girlfriend to go to anyone else. I own her. “I’m hers,” Ice continued.
For those who don’t know, Ice and Kimberly have been married for 34 years. They have four children together: a daughter named Kareema, 30, and boys O’Shea Jr., 33, Darrell, 31, and Shareef, 24.
The You Can Do It The hitmaker revealed that the reason their marriage is successful is because they both recognize that “not every day will be perfect.”
“Not every day will be sunshine and roses. That’s not realistic to expect from your partner,” Ice clarified.
