General Syed Asim Munir, the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), went to the Karachi Expo Center’s International Defence Exhibition and Seminar (IDEAS-2024).
The COAS noted an amazing display of weapons and equipment by both domestic and foreign exhibitors during the visit and praised the active involvement of defense firms from friendly states.
The exhibition is being attended by 557 exhibitors, 224 of whom are domestic and 333 of them are foreign. Approximately 36 nations set up booths during the event, with 17 of them taking part for the first time.
At the occasion, more than 300 international representatives from 53 nations expressed complete faith in Pakistan’s defense sector and the exhibition.
