ISLAMABAD: In a meeting with President Asif Ali Zardari in Islamabad, Imam of Masjid Al-Nabawi Dr. Salah Bin Mohammad Al-Budair underlined the strong bilateral relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
During his tour to Pakistan on Thursday, the imam paid the president a visit at President House.
The visiting dignitary and President Zardari talked about topics and concerns pertaining to the Muslim ummah during their discussion.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s leadership and people, according to Imam Al-Budair, place a high priority on their ties with Pakistan. He said that the two nations have a close relationship and ought to cooperate to overcome the issues the Islamic world faces.
He praised the Pakistani community’s contributions to Saudi Arabia’s progress.Additionally, he emphasized that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia would continue to expand and thrive as a result of the reforms that Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al-Saud had started.
The president greeted Imam Al-Budair to the nation and stated that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and Pakistan had good relations because of their shared history, religion, and fraternity.
He conveyed his happiness that the two friendly nations’ relations were strengthening and restated Pakistan’s resolve to continue fostering bilateral ties.
