The Kisan Card would be introduced in Punjab in an astoundingly short six months, according to Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz. She disclosed intentions to give farmers who cultivate between 12.5 and 25 acres free laser levelers and to expand the quantity of Kisan Cards from 500,000 to 750,000.
The CM also revealed that agricultural equipment will be available for farmers to rent at no profit, and that farmers with more than 25 acres would receive free tractors. Kisan Card dealers are expected to increase to 3,000.
The Chief Minister personally gave out Kisan Cards to farmers during a ceremony in Hafizabad and offered her congratulations, highlighting how the government is fulfilling its commitments with a Rs 400 billion programme for Punjab’s farmers.
