ISLAMABAD: Former Prime Minister Imran Khan underlined his dedication to the rule of law following the court’s decision in the £190 million reference, saying he would serve as long as it took to be imprisoned.
Shortly after the court sentenced Khan and his wife, Bushra Bibi, to years in prison, his attorney, Faisal Chaudhry, revealed this after meeting with the pair at Adiala Prison.
Chaudhry further disclosed to the media following the meeting that Bushra Bibi had stated her steadfast support for Khan, adding, “I stand with him and will continue to do so.”
Additionally, he affirmed that Bushra Bibi would shortly be moved to an Adiala Jail cell.
Nevertheless, Chaudhry maintained his optimism, saying, “We will win this match.
