Leaders of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) who are now in prison have stressed the value of talks in order to resolve a number of issues, such as Imran Khan’s release from prison and the resolution of grievances stemming from the February 8 elections.
Ijaz Chaudhry, Dr. Yasmin Rashid, Umar Sarfraz Cheema, and Mian Mehmood-ur-Rashid, four prominent PTI members, sent a special statement through their attorneys during a detention trial, advocating communication in accordance with the Supreme Court’s findings.
The leaders emphasized that reaching political and economic stability in the nation depends on successful discussions. They emphasized that in order to rescue Pakistan from its current predicament, the constitution must be fully restored and the law must be upheld.
The PTI leaders said they agreed with their founding chairman’s decision to engage in negotiations with the government, seeing it as a step that would be best for the country.
