Rawalpindi: In 32 instances pertaining to the demonstration on November 26, Bushra Bibi, the wife of Imran Khan, the founder of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), was granted temporary release by an anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Rawalpindi.
Her bail was granted till January 13 by ATC Special Judge Amjad Ali Shah, providing her with short-term reprieve while the case is pending.
Numerous police stations in Rawalpindi, Attock, and Chakwal received cases against Bushra. She appeared in court at the hearing and provided the necessary surety bonds to obtain her release.
Bushra exited the courtroom after the bail was granted, and her next court appearance is set for mid-January.
Along with PTI founder Khan and the party’s core leadership, which includes Salman Akram Raja and Ali Amin Gandapur.
