In the Kohat Tal Block’s Razgir-I Formation, a third oil and gas reservoir has been found, making it the third such find in as many months.
The recently found well is anticipated to increase the nation’s energy output even more by producing 17.9 million cubic feet of gas and 153 barrels of crude oil each day.
The three wells in the Razgir-I Formation are now producing 562 barrels of crude oil and 54.3 million cubic feet of gas per day together, thanks to this most recent find.
Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL), Pak-Arab Refinery Limited (PHL), Pakistan Oilfields Limited (POL), and Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL), who collectively own the wells, collaborated to make the discovery.
