A distributor acknowledged that the release of the Pakistani blockbuster The Legends of Maula Jatt in India had encountered a significant obstacle.
The 2022 movie, which was supposed to be released nationwide in India on October 2, 2024, has been canceled due to social and political unrest in the two nations.
One of Pakistan’s leading distributors, Nadeem Mandviwalla, informed PTI that “the Indian ministry has obtained a stay order from a court against the release of the film so the screening is now stalled.”
Mandviwalla stated, “Unfortunately, its release has once again been delayed, and there is nothing anyone can do until the court gives its decision.”
