An open auction for commercial plots in the city has been formally opened by the Capital Development Authority (CDA).
The auction is scheduled to begin on October 3rd and will take place at the Gandhara Citizen Club, which is situated in F-9 Park.
There are several different commercial plots up for grabs during the auction, including ones from different regions like the Blue Area. Plots for Class Three commercial malls, motels, and flats are among those up for auction.
A committee led by the Member Finance is in charge of overseeing the auction to make sure everything goes smoothly. Participants are urged to invest since this offers a substantial chance to support Islamabad’s expanding business scene.
