KARACHI: Police in the Gulistan-e-Johar neighborhood of the city reported that a truckload of sacrifice goats were robbed close to Kamran Chowrangi.
The police provided specifics of the incident, stating that the vehicle containing at least thirty sacrifice goats was approached by four suspects riding a motorcycle.
Before stealing the truck, two of the suspects forced the driver out of the car at gunpoint.
The unfortunate robber, Abdul Manan, the trader, disclosed that the goats were being carried from Hyderabad to Gulistan-e-Johar.
Additionally, the police stated that following the trader’s filing of a first information report (FIR), an inquiry into the occurrence was launched.
The tragedy occurs a few days before Muslims celebrate Eid ul Adha, which marks the end of the Islamic year.
