The fatalities were identified as retired police officer Khadim Lashari, a woman named Raqia Arfani who was seriously injured, and a kid, according to SP Malir.
Police initially reported Arfani dead by mistake.
The event is still being investigated, and the injured have been sent to a local hospital for treatment.
The roof of a facility that was still under construction at Korangi Murtaza Chowrangi fell earlier in 2023, injuring five workers.
After receiving an emergency call, rescue personnel found that a portion of the roof had collapsed during construction. According to the most recent data, rescuers were able to successfully rescue five of the workers who were buried beneath the debris.
