The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) reported on Saturday that three different battles in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) resulted in the deaths of at least 22 terrorists and the martyrdom of six troops.
According to the military’s media, the three distinct clashes happened between December 6 and 7 in the districts of Tank, North Waziristan, and Thall in KP.
It stated that during an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in the Gul Imam area regarding the reported presence of terrorists, forces in Tank district successfully engaged the terrorists’ location.
According to the military’s media wing, nine terrorists were killed and six were injured as a result.
Ten militants were successfully eliminated by security troops in North Waziristan in another operation.
According to the ISPR, the security forces killed terrorists in a third encounter after stopping their attempt to attack a checkpoint in Thall district.
