According to the military’s media wing, security forces killed eight terrorists in two different operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Thursday.
An intelligence-based operation (IBO) was carried out in the South Waziristan district’s general area of Sararogha in response to reports of terrorist activity, according to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
According to the statement, troops successfully engaged the terrorists’ site during the operation, killing two militants, including ringleader Khan Muhammad alias Khoryay, and apprehending two more.
“Kharji Khan Muhammad @Khoryay, who was assassinated, engaged in a variety of terrorist actions in the region, such as extortion and target killing. The government had set aside Rs. 1 million for his head money since law enforcement wanted him badly.
