According to officials on Sunday, a remote-controlled bomb explosion near a mosque in the South Waziristan District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa resulted in at least one fatality and five injuries.
Following the bombing that shook the Azam Warsak bazaar in the tribal district, the injured have been moved to the District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital in Wana, the police added.
Mufti Ejazul Haq was recognized as the slain individual, and Saddam, Shah Hussain, Noor Hussain, Zain Ullah, and Maulana Shahzada Wazir were among the injured.
Deputy Medical Superintendent Dr. Fazlur Rehman stated that Maulana Shahzada suffered severe injuries in the explosion, and that some of the injured are in critical condition.
