ISLAMABAD: In three instances related to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) protest in the federal capital on November 26, Bushra Bibi, the wife of Imran Khan, the party’s founder and chairman, has been granted temporary parole.
During a hearing at a District and Sessions Court in Islamabad on Thursday, Duty Judge Shabbir Bhatti granted the former first lady’s bails until January 13 of the following year, each secured by Rs50,000 surety bonds.
Together with her legal team, Bushra appeared in court during the hearing of four first information reports that were filed against her at the Tarnol and Ramna police stations.
