Ben Duckett’s explosive 51 and disciplined bowling helped England regain control of the T20 series against India with a decisive 26-run victory in the third game on Tuesday.
India presently leads the five-match series 2-1, while England’s victory in Rajkot kept them in the game.
Despite a mid-innings collapse brought on by Indian spinner Varun Chakravarthy, who recorded remarkable figures of 5-24, Duckett’s 28-ball innings served as the basis for England’s score of 171-9.
