Horse therapy has given Britney Spears some calm after the difficult years of her conservatorship and divorce from Sam Asghari.
According to a source who spoke to Life & Style, “Equine therapy is not horseback riding, even though Britney loves it.” “Yes, she rides a horse, but it’s more about spending time with the horses and a therapist because it’s more about simply spending time with the horses—feeding, watering, and grooming them—while also working with a therapist.”
“I do equine therapy every Tuesday and Saturday because I’ve been so traumatized by people,” the singer wrote on her Instagram account, revealing more about the therapy.
The use of horses in animal-assisted psychotherapy is known as equine-assisted therapy, or EAT.
