The winter vacation schedule for all educational institutions in the federal capital, including schools, was released by the Islamabad authorities on Friday.
All of Islamabad’s public and private schools will be closed from Saturday, December 21, until January 5, 2025, according to a notice issued in this regard.
Winter breaks have also been issued by the school departments in Punjab and other provinces.
The most recent announcement states that Punjabi schools will start their winter break on December 23. January 13, 2025, will mark the reopening of the schools.
From December 21 to December 31, Sindh’s educational establishments will observe winter holidays, with both public and private schools closed throughout this time.
In Balochistan, schools began their winter breaks in December.
