At the Nova music festival, Hersh Goldberg-Polin was abducted on October 7, during an attack by Hamas against Israel.
His lower left arm is missing in the film; witnesses claim it was blown off when he assisted in throwing grenades out of a hiding place.
The 23-year-old, who is obviously under pressure in the undated image, criticizes Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his administration, calling them “ashamed” for not being able to secure the release of the hostages.
Additionally, he says that “about 70 detainees like me” have died as a result of Israeli bombardment, and the other prisoners are in “underground hell.”
