Days after assistance vehicles en route to the Gaza Strip were looted by demonstrators, Israeli settlers attacked and set fire to a truck in the occupied West Bank overnight on Thursday, injuring the driver, according to the Israeli military authorities.
According to the IDF, three soldiers were slightly injured in an attack on troops who had come to separate the Israeli driver and the settlers.
The demonstrators thought the vehicle was delivering supplies to Gaza, according to Kan public radio. The military claimed the truck did not include humanitarian supplies.
