Early on Monday, Israeli soldiers launched one of the biggest raids on Gaza City since October 7 when they sent columns of tanks toward the city’s center from various locations.
According to the Gaza Civil Emergency Service, there may have been several deaths in the eastern parts of Gaza, but rescue crews were unable to get to the victims due to continuous fighting in the suburbs of Tel Al-Hawa, Sabra, Daraj, Rimal, and Tuffah.
In a statement, the Israeli military claimed to have been conducting an operation against militant infrastructure in the Gaza Strip and to have disabled over thirty combatants who were a threat to Israeli forces.
