A father of four was sentenced to 20 months in prison for threatening to set fire to every mosque in Newcastle.
Shortly after the August murders of three females in Southport, James Apsin, 34, uploaded the TikTok video while intoxicated.
At Newcastle Crown Court, Judge Carolyn Scott sentenced him, saying: “The language you used in that TikTok video was extremely unpleasant and dangerous.
“You said that a substantial portion of the terrible atrocities in our nation are the fault of Muslims.
“You used vile language while discussing asylum seekers.
“You stated that you and others at the planned march in Newcastle would burn down every mosque in Newcastle.”
