Jason Gillespie, the head coach of Pakistan’s national Test team, voiced his displeasure on Wednesday about being kicked off the Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) selection committee.
Speaking at a news conference before the third Test match in Rawalpindi, Gillespie disclosed that he was not included in the decision-making process when the PCB chose to create a new selection panel following the first Test match.
“I did not participate in the decision-making process. Speaking to the reporters, Gillespie explained, “I am only the match-day strategy coach. In spite of this, the legendary Australian cricket player is dedicated to his job and only concentrates on getting the team ready for the next game.
Regarding the Rawalpindi Test wicket’s circumstances, Gillespie, who has played for Australia in 71 Test matches and 97 ODIs.
