The 43-year-old actress has already “retained [a] lawyer,” according to a person close to the pair who spoke to people, although they will “remain close” even after their split.
The insider said that they are still “friends and all about the kids.”
The source revealed, “It appears they will stay close regardless of what’s happening right now.”
