Josh Radnor, a well-known actor, singer, screenwriter, and director, recently shared the benefits of creating music.
Making music, the 50-year-old said in an interview with PEOPLE magazine, has made him “feel younger” and “keep a zest for life.”
“It’s made me feel younger,” he remarked. We constantly try new things while we’re younger, and we’re normally a little braver about persevering till we might get somewhat proficient at something.
Additionally, Radnor observed, “I believe that as we age, we isolate our gifts a little bit more, or have them isolated for us, and we stay in a much narrower lane.”
The Superdate crooner, who began writing songs and playing guitar around a decade ago, added that discovering this was “life-changing.”
