ISLAMABAD: The National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) Mega Centre in Nazimabad, Karachi, hosted the opening of a new passport office on Wednesday by Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi.
Citizens will be able to apply for passports at any moment thanks to the facility’s three shifts and 24-hour operations.
In order to relieve traffic at the central passport office, Immigration and Passports Director General Mustafa Jamal Qazi said approximately a month prior to the opening that passport offices would be established at Siemens Chowrangi and Nadra mega centers in North Nazimabad.
The interior minister visited with the employees and examined the passport counters at the inaugural event. Additionally, he spoke with residents who were seeking passport and National Identity Card (NIC) card services at the Nadra Mega Center and asked them about their experiences.
