Judge Inamullah, who issued a stay order despite the Supreme Court’s decision to destroy the Monal Restaurant, has been suspended by the Islamabad High Court.
The suspension orders were issued by Chief Justice Aamer Farooq, who also resigned Inamullah as an OSD (Officer on Special Duty) and removed him from his Senior Civil Judge role.
It has been mandated that Judge Inamullah report right away to the High Court.
Chief Justice Aamer Farooq has also opened an investigation into the Senior Civil Judge.

Kamran Basharat Mufti, the session judge, will be the investigating officer.
Court sources state that Senior Civil Judge Inamullah was called to the High Court today by Chief Justice Aamer Farooq.
