ISLAMABAD: According to The News, three recently transferred justices from other high courts have been added to the Islamabad High Court’s (IHC) working roster for this week.
There are now thirteen judges ready to hear cases, up from the previous ten with these additions. There will also be six division benches and thirteen single benches available. Through the duty roster, the new seniority list of judges has also been made public.
Five other judges wrote the letter, and Chief Justice Amir Farooq disagreed with their viewpoint. The second reserved bench for Puisne judges includes Justice Sarfraz Dogar.
Bench No. 3 will be led by Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani, who was the head of bench 2.
